- I'm 31 years old and I created this blog because I want to make sure I live each day to the fullest. And that begins with healthy eating to give myself energy to be the best I can. I often find myself "living to eat" and by doing that I often forget to "eat to live". I will post about how I strive to find that balance each day, where I struggle, and where I succeed. I know by getting healthier I will find myself saying "yes" to new experiences and living each day to my full potential. This blog will keep track of my new adventures in the kitchen and in my life.
